We are inviting several high-profile academics of health studies to present their idea, research, and work in oral or poster presentation sessions. This event will be attended by academics (established and young scholars) and government, international organizations, and civil society representatives across Indonesia and foreign countries. We are calling for papers with specific focuses on:

Submission Guidelines – Scientific Poster Competition

  • Participants are required to submit a poster file at the time of submission.
  • Posters must be prepared using the official template provided by the committee.
  • The acceptable file formats for submission is .jpg / .jpeg (image format)
  • Posters must be written in English.
  • The content of the poster should include: Title, Authors and Affiliations, Background, Method, Results, Conclusion, and References.
  • The maximum file size allowed is 10 MB.
  • Accepted posters will only be displayed during the conference and will not be presented orally.
  • Posters will not be included in the Conference Proceedings.

Review and Evaluation Process

All submitted posters that meet the submission guidelines will be reviewed and assessed by the Scientific Committee. Evaluation will be based on:

  1. Originality and novelty of the research.
  2. Scientific content and depth, including clarity of objectives, methodology, and results.
  3. Relevance to the conference theme and sub-themes.
  4. Visual presentation, including readability, layout, and design quality.
  5. Impact and contribution of the research to the field of health sciences.
